I ordered 2 boxes of cigars and it has been several day now and still haven’t received them. I called and spoke with Susan and she talked to Jeff while I was still on the phone. I could hear him in the back ground talking bad about me because he said I was having a melt down. The last 3 orders I have purchased have been very slow arriving . This company will not answer emails or voice mails and you need to be very lucky to even get them on the phone.Poor customer service. I have such a lack of trust in this company.Tim Jones
