Shitty customer service and coverage. Spent a month trying to get information about if my doctors were in network, got no where, employer tried and said 2 were, not sure on the others, except that the two still can't get insurance to go through. Said they covered meds, two were denied at checkout and the other cleared but was 7x what they quoted me. Asking employer to remove insurance or will be seeking legal action to refund wasted costs.
