Of course, I failed that by one mark! It was entirely their fault that I had only one shot when I was counting on two. I managed to get my PER approved, but missed out by just one mark on a case study after months of stress. I couldn't access my account for months and had to create a new one just before the exam entry deadline. This new account doesn't show my history, and updating my approved PER status required multiple emails. They refused any responsibility or compensation for my unique situation caused by their incompetence. They've shown they don't care about their students, and there’s no complaints process to support us. It's just about collecting money without delivering. I've chosen to sever ties with them completely, and the resignation process was a hassle. Even now, my account hasn’t been updated. It’s ridiculous that after all the money I've spent, I can't even see my exam history.
