This organization are scammers. You pay to have your home equipment fixed, but they do everything they can to avoid fixing it and they definitely won’t replace it even though they claim they will. I’ve been paying for years and probably used a service once last month, I had an issue with my HVAC and the provider technician they sent said it needed to be replaced. It is a 30-year old Hvac unit and then I just had fixed last month and they took a month to diagnose a simple solution hoping I would just give up and I had to pay for a good portion anyways. This month with the heat wave in Los Angeles the AC went out which is not surprising because last month the technician said the unit needed to be replaced to make it worse their dragging their feet again and we have old people living in the house my mother already passed out now I had two more technicians look at the unit and it has a leak and most importantly the Freon is R22 which has been banned in California since 2020. Now they want me to pay for an additional test to locate locate the leak. It doesn’t matter where the leak is. We can’t put anything in the AC because it is obsolete. This is how they scam people to get around this. They told me I could use my own provider pay the $10,000 and then submit my receipt. I’m not doing that because they will not reimburse me. This is nothing but a scam and their sales reps read from a script and they don’t hear you. They just keep saying the same thing over and over again they really should be shut down.
March 8, 2026. Case in point. Cinch Homes writes the canned response and they don’t produce. They are reckless scammers and they don’t do the right thing. Stay away from cinch Home Services.
