I ordered a product through a platform in July 2025. I later saw a message at checkout stating "Orders will be processed after 20th." I emailed asking which 20th? of July? - no reply. I followed up with multiple emails and calls to both the platform and another associated site - no answers, no email responses, and no one picks up the phone. Later, on August 20th, the checkout page changed to say "Orders will be processed after 25th". What is happening? Now it’s past the 25th and still no communication. ⚠️Did I just get scammed? Is my only option to visit their location in person to seek my product or a refund?
