I placed my order on November 28th. After almost a month, it finally shipped on December 24th. However, I still haven’t received the products, as tracking indicates the package hasn't departed from the Netherlands. The seller has not responded to my inquiries regarding the shipment status or about filing a complaint with the shipping service, as advised by their branch in Poland. I intend to reach out to the distributor of the brand I ordered and the local consumer protection authority.
