The picture isn't very clear and it doesn't pair with any of our Mac or Anroid products so we wanted to return it, as per their policy which claims free returns within 30 days if you're not satisfied for any reason, no questions asked.We contacted the company to return it. It turns out they are completely dishonest about their policy. Not only did they ask questions about why we're returning it, but they also say we must pay ourselves to send it all the way back to CHINA and they list all these conditions for receiving the refund: "We need a tracking number for your parcel, which we can use to determine the return date of your goods. Please note the following: 1) If you return the product to us without providing us with a tracking number, your right of withdrawal expires; 2) The withdrawal of the purchase contract expires after 30 days from the date on which you received our product. Please hurry with the processing of the return and adhere to the specified period, otherwise your right of withdrawal will expire. 3) The value of the product will only be refunded if we receive the product in its original packaging and unused." This completely contradicts what they claim on their website. Therefore, BEWARE before buying because the return policy is very misleading and dishonest.
