I’m here because the company doesn’t have a complaint email! I specifically went to the Oshawa location to buy all the merchandise for my son, which was supposed to be released yesterday at midnight. When I asked an employee, he said they had it, but the manager overheard and, with a bad attitude, refused to sell it to me! My family of nine will never return to that theater again! It's sad because I always preferred this company over others... not anymore!
