This location shouldn't operate a coffee shop. I’ve seen a caramel macchiato made countless times, and I was shocked to see the employee frantically searching for supplies and asking others how to make it while checking the how-to cards behind the counter. The employee, clearly untrained, first added caramel to the bottom of the cup, steamed the milk, and then stirred it all together before adding two containers of espresso. I didn’t get that delightful caramel taste from the first sip. I paid $7 for a Grande, but the cashier claimed they only had a 'large' size—another mistake, as they should never refer to Starbucks sizes that way. I managed to drink my $7 steamed milk drink, but if you want Starbucks, go to a different location. It seems that training is nonexistent at this location, and if this reflects the experience at other theaters, it's safer to stick to fountain drinks.
