The worst movie experience I have ever had

I took my child to see a film and it was, without a doubt, the worst movie experience of my life. First, I had no idea that 4DX meant the seats would move—I wouldn’t have bought tickets if I had known. Second, there was no indication that the entire film was in a foreign language with subtitles. There were no posters to inform me about the movie, and no staff available to ask questions until after I purchased the tickets. After spending $65 for the two of us to enter and have popcorn, they even charged an extra $1.50 for butter on the popcorn. I am furious; it was a complete waste of money.
