Took an hour to get tickets online AND THEN THEY CHARGED EXTRA FOR THE CONVENIENCE!!?!First I tried on their mobile website. It s*** the bed.So I tried on desktop mode on mobile. Nope. Downloaded the app. Crashed repeatedly. Went home, got on my desktop, had to sign up for an account which took 2 email addresses and a phone number.Finally got to buy the tickets and they charged me an extra $3 for the joys of using their miraculous series of broken to **** webservices. And then 2 out of 3 of their payment options couldn't hold it together long enough to take my money and crashed so I had to start over again and again.Oh! Then, when I finally did find a payment method they could handle, on the receipt they had the nerve to suggest that I "Don't forget the popcorn!" No, you absolute **** stains. I am going to sneak a full 3-course turkey dinner and 19 king-size candy bars into your ****ing theatre and hand the candy out to your other customers to discourage your concession sales. I hope you go out of business as soon as possible and get replaced by someone with two braincells to rub together. How much did you just spend renovating, but you can't hire a competent web designer?? How do you think it's okay to charge extra for the use of the website?? Especially such a p*ss poor excuse for one?F***. YOU.
