Their website, it’s links, booking and payment systems rate just below zero stars! An absolute nightmare where nothing seems to work, you get booted out, impossible to use a credit card, invoice print doesn’t work and on and on ……..Cineplex just don’t care! Granted, once you get inside then facilities and movies are excellent but booking in online is like pulling teeth!You’d think someone in management would get concerned over the constant one star bad ratings, nope, doesn’t worry them!
