I'm here because the company doesn't provide a complaint email! I specifically visited the location to purchase the merchandise related to a recent release for my son, which was supposed to be available at midnight. When I inquired with an employee, he confirmed they had it, but the manager overheard and refused to sell it to me, showing a poor attitude. My family of nine will not return to that theater again! It's unfortunate, as I previously preferred this company over others... but that has changed!
