I canceled my subscription weeks before the renewal date, and the dashboard confirmed this. However, I was still charged for a new billing cycle starting after the cancellation date. To make matters worse, I was charged again after canceling a second time, without any warning or explanation. This is a clear case of unauthorized recurring billing. For a service costing over $200 per month, this level of instability and billing failure is unacceptable. I am now disputing the charge with my bank. Not recommended.
