Stuck in a community!

I joined a community and now I want to leave, but I can't. I unsubscribed from messages from that community twice. I searched for settings and clicked all the icons, even downloaded the app to make it easier. Nothing worked. I visited their website, which lacks a help area for members. When I tried to contact support, I had to reach out to the community itself to request removal. This is unacceptable! Very disappointing experience.

Unapproved Charge After Cancellation

I canceled my subscription weeks before the renewal date, and the dashboard confirmed this. However, I was still charged for a new billing cycle starting after the cancellation date. To make matters worse, I was charged again after canceling a second time, without any warning or explanation. This is a clear case of unauthorized recurring billing. For a service costing over $200 per month, this level of instability and billing failure is unacceptable. I am now disputing the charge with my bank. Not recommended.

A Major Letdown

This platform seemed promising at first, with great usability and potential. However, my plan price unexpectedly increased from $89 to $129 per month without any prior notice or explanation. I've been trying to reach their support for three days, but no one has responded, and the chat assistance is inadequate. Fraudulent Activity with User ID

I discovered that some hackers are creating a user ID using my email address, and now this merchant website keeps prompting me for subscription renewal. I have no idea what platform this is, and I am not even from the region it seems to be associated with.

Poor Support and Issue Resolution

The customer support for resolving issues is severely lacking. After spending two months creating a private community for my clients, I've faced numerous problems with the Stripe integration. They created multiple communities by mistake, and when I requested deletion of the extras, all my previous work vanished. I had to re-enter everything, and despite my attempts to get help with issues, the support team has been unhelpful. I spent a significant amount on the service, and I’ve received no direct support to resolve these issues. Very frustrating.

Fails to Deliver

We chose this platform for managing our program and student interactions, but the reality has been disappointing. Despite its appealing design, the system is plagued with bugs and lacks essential features for educational programs. There's no functional overview of the curriculum, and it’s alarmingly easy to accidentally delete entire modules without a recovery option. The absence of an autosave feature has led to lost work on multiple occasions. When we reported issues, support dismissed our concerns without taking responsibility. For the price, this instability is unacceptable. We will not use this platform again.
