The support and performance of this service have been very disappointing. My subscription costs over $200 per month, and I expect a stable experience with effective support. Unfortunately, I've faced numerous issues, including new subscribers not receiving emails to create their logins. I've also been removed from all spaces in my community for no reason. Contacting support has been frustrating, with multiple disconnections and unhelpful responses. The overall experience has been very disappointing.
