We placed an order for a skip and paid £390 in advance. However, the skip was never delivered. We were later informed that the driver was unable to access the property — a claim we dispute, as our local council and other service vehicles have never had any issues accessing the same location.Despite receiving no service, we were charged £150 under the justification of "driver unable to access the property." When we challenged this charge, we were told it was outlined in your terms and conditions, supposedly included in the confirmation email. We did not receive this email and, to date, still have not received it.To summarise:We paid £390 in full.No skip was delivered. We were charged £150 with no evidence or service rendered. We have not received the email or terms and conditions referenced in your justification.
