Review Time
Quted me £380.00 for a skip then took over the phone £410. Without me mowing. I asked them to call when they pick up the skip so I can unlock the gate. This was before Christmas.
Called them several times to collect the skip and on several occasions arranged a time to collect the skip.I waited several different days as agreed and no one turned up. On one occasion they admitted they had not sent the instructions. Then apon chasing them now the second week in February I was told that I had an outstanding invoice of £150.00 because they turned up to collect the skip on the 6th of January and could not get in because the gate was locked. I was never told about the collection. The skip should have been picked up the week before Christmas.
Would not advise anyone to use this company. The skip is still there now Feb 15th.

This service is not trustworthy. They provided a misleading list of prohibited items in the order email, explicitly mentioning fridges but failing to mention electrical items. They disposed of electrical items without confirming if I wanted to pay an additional fee. These items wouldn't have been in the skip if they were listed as prohibited.
I usually don’t leave reviews, but I cannot recommend this service. They charge different prices for the same skips under various names. We were charged extra for a call-out because the driver refused to take a couple of tyres off the skip, which we were unaware couldn’t be included. This company is frustrating and unprofessional.
