I ordered bakeware during the Black Friday sale and paid via Apple Pay, but I was shocked to find a £15 delivery charge added! The website states free delivery to mainland UK. I live in the Scottish Highlands, which is part of the mainland! I emailed to cancel, but my order was dispatched before I received a reply, along with excuses about courier pricing. Other companies deliver from the same location for free! I won’t be using this service again. Very unimpressed.
