I bought a set of cookware in February, and they are exceptional. When my wok needed replacing, I didn’t hesitate. I appreciate the size, the two handles for convenience, and the scratch-resistant surface. I would highly recommend them without hesitation.
We bought a complete set of pans with a lifetime guarantee. It didn't take long before the coatings began to wear off, and now most of the non-stick surface is gone, with some pans showing severe pitting. We submitted all required information and photos weeks ago but have received no response. Now, we must replace the set at our own expense since they are practically unusable.
I ordered bakeware during the Black Friday sale and paid via Apple Pay, but I was shocked to find a £15 delivery charge added! The website states free delivery to mainland UK. I live in the Scottish Highlands, which is part of the mainland! I emailed to cancel, but my order was dispatched before I received a reply, along with excuses about courier pricing. Other companies deliver from the same location for free! I won’t be using this service again. Very unimpressed.
