If I could rate this lower, I would... My partner and I attended a show recently and specifically selected VIP front row seats, paying a significant amount for them. Upon arrival, we were informed that our seats were no longer available due to a change in stage layout, which was not our issue. Instead, we were offered seats in the back row. We expressed our dissatisfaction but were directed to the box office, which provided no resolution. After emailing for compensation, the response was dismissive, focusing on their 'legal obligations' rather than customer satisfaction. This lack of empathy and poor service means we will not return for future events. I urge others to consider an alternative where they will truly get what they pay for.
