If I could give zero stars, I would.I ordered from Shein, and Gofo was responsible for delivering my package to my apartment in Paris. They sent me a photo showing the parcel supposedly inside my mailbox as “proof of delivery.” However, when I checked my mailbox the very same day, there was nothing there.Despite this, Gofo considers the photo sufficient evidence that the delivery was completed. I never received the package, yet they refuse to take responsibility or issue a reimbursement.This is unacceptable and extremely frustrating. A photo does not replace an actual delivery. Very disappointing service.
