This is hands down one of the worst package delivery experiences I’ve ever had. I have been waiting over two weeks for my shipment, and all I keep hearing is that there is an “address issue,” with no explanation and no resolution.Contacting customer service is a nightmare. You are forced through an endless automated system that actively blocks you from speaking to a real person. When I finally managed to reach an agent—three separate times—I was told the exact same thing each time: that my order would be “reapproved for shipping within three days.”Every time I call back, nothing has changed. No shipment. No follow-up. No accountability. Just the same scripted response and more wasted time.This company is completely unreliable, inefficient, and deeply frustrating to deal with. I cannot imagine why any business would trust them with package delivery. If you value your time—or your customers—look elsewhere
