Every time my parcel gets 'delivered' by Cirro something goes wrong and I need to contact their CS, which sometimes takes a week to answer. Right now my parcel has been taken hostage by them for over a week with not even attempts at delivery for days and then putting up fake attempts in the tracking, as I've changed the delivery address to my workplace and there is no way they couldn't deliver there. They made a delivery attempt last Tuesday and they called me and I told them I would be at home on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. No attempt to deliver on those days. So I contacted their CS, and asked them what was up and when I could expect my parcel, and changed the delivery address to my workplace as there would be no way they couldn't deliver there with their parcelbox. Now today (Monday) they say delivery failed, so I called my workplace and they confirmed there was no attempt at delivery and no parcel left in the box, nothing.I've asked CS to just hand over my parcel to a different delivery service, because I have no faith I will receive my parcel before my holiday at the end of the month (it is June 2nd today).This is the 5th parcel Cirro has from me and this is the 5th time something has gone wrong. They've deliverd to a neighbour but wouldn't tell me which one and made me knock on all the doors three times now. I live in an appartment, so there were many neighbours it could have been delivered to. Why do companies still use this delivery service?
