I really believe this is a scam. They are always late in delivering, they say they tried to deliver on time, but they didn't. I know this because I have a door camera. They send an email asking to contact them in case of package being late, but we sent an email and no response. They phone service is available only from 2pm to 7pm, when you call, no one replies. Run away from this company!
