I had a Palworld server hosted using this service for a couple of months. I then canceled this service however it continued charging me through PayPal which I did not realize because I assumed when you cancel the services you use with them, you would not be charged again since...you are not using any services. There is over $300 now funded to my Citadel Server account, which I have absolutely no use for. Today I was refused a refund of these credits and now have lost hundreds of dollars to a company who could very easily refund me. They told me to "use the credits for one of their other services" instead, which I have absolutely no uses for.Steer CLEAR. This manipulative, predatory method of continuing to charge someone when they are using ZERO services is insane to me.
