I am terribly inexperienced with running dedicated servers with a host. I usually just do it on my own because I'm relatively savvy with troubleshooting issues, but I really wanted to have multiple servers for Ark: Survival Ascended. The support staff made it so ridiculously easy to set up. I literally submitted a ticket, and they took care of basically everything. I had an issue later with character transfers, and Cully in the little website chat bubble literally sat with me the whole way until it was solved. He even logged into the game servers with me to help me test if it was working properly. I haven't received service like that from any company, period. They have my business any time I need a dedicated game server from now on.

Had no prior knowledge on how setting up a server and was having problems with hytale client. the support staff started the server for me and were really nice. Replied immediately through live chat at 3:00am, they even had multiple people join my server to confirm it was working. really great experience I highly recommend citadel servers for whatever you may need!

best of the best. i have basically zero knowledge of what I am doing for this server. i didn't know the help could be so great. i have gone to live chat seeking help for small things, but the more complicated things i just gave up on cause i couldn't figure them out myself. randomly asked for help and they solved everything i was having trouble with

Bro Kyle from Citadel Servers pulled up like a full-blown archmage in his wizard tower, tech-support crystal ball glowing and everything. Man looked at my busted tModLoader server and fixed it effortlessly, like some Mike Sherm-level swagger spellcaster fr. And when I hit him up again 20 minutes later? First time setting up a server

I had a lot of questions as this was my first time setting up a server. Their customer support was fantastic and managed to help me during every step of the way! Very fast responses and the support person clearly knew a lot about the technical side of things.

bad support

24 hours after signing up for the service, I still can't use it. Support just gives me the runaround and doesn't offer a solution to my problem!!!!
