Disappointing Experience with Online Order

I ordered a pair of shoes during a private sale ahead of the winter sales. They use delivery services that unfortunately are quite inefficient. My package hasn't arrived, and the tracking is not being updated, leading me to believe it is lost, prompting me to request a refund. I attempted to reach customer support through their website but received no reply. When I called, they were only available until noon, and despite multiple attempts, no one answered. When I reached out on social media, they mentioned being busy due to the sales and advised patience. This approach is not suitable for customer service; if you are running major sales, you need to have the infrastructure to support it. Additionally, better delivery options should be chosen. This is the second time I've ordered from this company without receiving my item; the first order never even shipped as the item was unavailable, which required navigating a complicated refund process. While the physical stores are decent, the online shopping experience has been a disaster.
