This company adopts a bullying approach towards small businesses, so I advise caution. According to my legal team, they are opportunists! They have an auto-renew policy every seven years and failed to reach out before the renewal, only contacting us after noticing we weren’t using their services. They even implied we had downloaded numerous documents, which was false. When we asked for proof, the company ignored our multiple requests. What started as an £18,000 bill ended up being settled for just over £2,000. They essentially tried to take advantage! Their team admitted during a recorded call that this is their method of acquiring companies, claiming only 2 percent of clients complain. I usually don’t leave reviews, but this company needs to be exposed. It's unfortunate, as some of their products are good; however, their shady long auto-renew contracts are designed to exploit businesses. Shame on them for this underhanded approach.
