Instead of responding to my emails professionally, they sent the invoice to collections and used threats to pressure me into payment for something I never intended to continue. This experience felt unethical and predatory. If you value transparency and fair dealings, I suggest looking elsewhere. My experience was filled with stress and pressure tactics.
