Frustration with the Service

I am extremely frustrated. In April 2025, I informed the company that our business had been sold, and we would no longer need their platform. I repeatedly requested to deactivate our account but was told it wasn't possible. Despite leaving several messages, I received no replies. Now, on January 23, I see a charge of $3653.24 on my credit card for the continuation of our subscription. No one reached out to discuss renewal or seek authorization before charging me. This feels very unprofessional, and I advise other businesses to steer clear. I appreciated them when they operated under a different name, but this current service is not the same.

Concerning Business Practices

I am extremely upset. In April 2025, I notified the company that our business had been sold and we would no longer need their platform. I requested multiple times to cancel our account, only to be told it wasn’t possible. Despite leaving several messages, I received no response. Now, on January 23, I find a charge of $3653.24 on my credit card for a subscription renewal. No one reached out to discuss this renewal or to seek my authorization before charging me. This feels very shady, and I strongly recommend that other businesses avoid them. I liked their previous service, but this current offering is not up to par.

Extremely Disappointing Experience

The company renewed my subscription without my consent one month before the renewal date and charged my credit card without authorization. When I requested a refund, I was denied. Interestingly, at the time of signup, I wasn’t informed about the renewal terms, but when I sought a refund for this unauthorized renewal, they quickly provided the renewal details—highlighted in yellow. The customer service is terrible. I advise against spending any money or time on this company; there are better options available.

Concerns About Service and Value

The account manager was unavailable for over a year. The service offerings and materials can easily be found elsewhere, mostly for free. The product no longer delivers the value it once did. Although the relationship was severely strained, it improved somewhat after escalation.

Non-Intuitive Layout

The layout is not user-friendly. The dashboard fails to display all outstanding reviews, which is quite frustrating. Additionally, forms do not auto-save, and I have experienced multiple instances where I was logged out and lost all my progress.

Caution with Auto-Renewal

Our company has been a loyal client of a previous service, now taken over by the current company. Last year, my renewal process went smoothly, and service levels were consistent. However, be cautious as the company has updated its terms to include auto-renewal. This year, my credit card was charged unexpectedly without prior notice. In previous years, I had to enter my card details through a secure payment method, so I was unaware they had my card on file. They refused to issue a refund or allow cancellation until the end of the current renewal period. I cannot recommend them again, as they rely on fine print in their terms.

Be cautious—this company appears to operate unethically. I informed them a month in advance that I did not wish to renew my subscription, yet they still auto-renewed it. Instead of responding to my emails professionally, they sent the invoice to collections and used threats to pressure me into payment for something I never intended to continue. This experience felt unethical and predatory. If you value transparency and fair dealings, I suggest looking elsewhere. My experience was filled with stress and pressure tactics.

Dissatisfaction After Long-Term Partnership

After 14 years with a previous service now under the current company, we were notified last November of a new renewal process. We were required to acknowledge the Terms of Service through a link that included an auto-renewal clause in very small print. This information was not shared with us beforehand. After stating our intention to cancel, our long-time representative informed us that our overdue account would be sent to collections, and we would have to deal with the legal team. These business practices are unacceptable and unethical, and I would not want to engage with them again.

Average Service with Room for Improvement

The customer service representative is excellent. However, the platform has limitations: training certificates expire after two years instead of the industry standard of three, documents lack the ability to be electronically signed and downloaded, and HR aspects need to be eliminated from the health and safety platform. The organizational structure requires improvement, and there should be a section for Teams and Departments. Managers should have access to see their staff’s outstanding training and all direct reports. The web link is overly long and not searchable on Google, and the employee profile is awkward to navigate.
