I had a very disappointing experience with this bank. The customer service was unhelpful and slow, and my issue was not resolved even after multiple follow-ups. I faced unnecessary delays and lack of clear communication, which caused a lot of frustration. For a bank, this level of service is unacceptable. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this bank.
