We had pre-booked parking for an event but struggled to find the car park in time, forcing us to seek alternative parking. The booking confirmation provided no useful information, and the online details were misleading, leading us astray. The address given did not correspond to the actual location of the car park. Despite this, the service is refusing to issue a refund. I strongly recommend avoiding this service and opting for more affordable alternatives nearby. I'm extremely disappointed.
