I started using Remedy Meds which was great for the first month, but by the second month they had “processed” my order and I didn’t receive my meds or a shipping confirmation. After several calls and them telling me it had shipped, I finally got through to someone who said they actually needed me to have another Telehealth visit with the doctor (even though I had one 4 weeks prior) before they could ship me the meds. By this time I was already a week past when I needed my last dose which was going to put me at least two weeks out before I could get my new prescription with the Telehealth appointment and pharmacy processing time. The poor communication by Remedy Meds prompted me to try Citizen Meds. (Remedy Meds did give me a full refund since the meds were never shipped)Citizen Meds is straight forward, no hassle, and reliable. At first when I placed my order I worried because I saw a charge on my credit card yet my order hadn’t processed immediately. Give them a minute to do their job and let the doctors look over the intake forms. I’ve ordered three times from them and they’ve been consistent and prompt with the orders. I have had no gaps in my dosage because they process and ship in a reliable manner. The shipping is awesome and the box that they ship the meds in is very sturdy and nice. I haven’t had any issues with getting less medicine than I paid for (I’ve seen those reviews), but I’ll keep monitoring to make sure that continues to be the case. So far my experience has been great! Definitely a better route than Remedy Meds!
