Order for medication still in 'processing' after weeks

I placed an order for medication on December 5, and it remains in 'processing.' I've attempted to reach out to the company multiple times via phone and email, but I've received no response at all. My payment was processed immediately, yet there has been no communication or update regarding my order. This situation is incredibly frustrating, especially since my initial order was handled without any issues. This second experience has been entirely unacceptable, and I am very disappointed with the lack of customer service and accountability.

Little to no side effects

I've been using Citizen Meds since Jan. 2025 and have fantastic results with little to no side effects. Order is usually within a week unless they run a good sale, then it may take a few days longer. I will continue to use the company as I'm very pleased.

While customer service is great and…

While customer service is great and responses are quick within 24 hours, and I received my order fairly quickly, however, I don't think this is a real product. I am on week 4 of semiglutide and have not lost any weight, not even a lb. Food noise is still the same and there has been no change in my appetite. When I was seeing a doctor in person, the semiglutide was working the same week and lost 10lbs in 4 weeks. So unfortunately, I don't think this is a real product.

Works well!!

Fast delivery. Works great- I am on the 7.5mg dose and I have lost 40lbs so far. Can’t wait to start the the 10mg. Only downfall the the price increasing as the dosage dose. $400-500 is a bit much for most people to pay each month.

Really effective with no to minimal side effects.

Great product, and the formulation is very effective and really does help mitigate negative side effects. I would continue to select Citizen Meds' Trizepitide formulation over the perscription formulation due to this alone. Plus its effective, I'm down 32 pounds and counting! I feel so much better too! Thank you for transforming my life for the better!
