what a complete cluster the "new" and improved site is! Are we on Chime or what? Payments which used to go a major bank (Chase) electronically, now have to be mailed. When I schedule a payment for 10/3; it's going to be deducted 9/24. This was never a problem prior to the "upgrade." I think a 12 year old is controlling the site. So much for budgeting.....
