Actually 0 stars! The single worst company I’ve ever dealt with! Impossible to get help! They close on weekends so you can’t get help and then they can charge extra fees!! Stay away at all costs!
I waited for nearly an hour to speak with a representative who was only assisting one other customer, yet he couldn't complete that transaction. I eventually decided to leave due to the terrible service. There was a trainee present, but they were not helpful. While I was waiting, I saw another customer request a deposit, but instead, the teller cashed a check. It seems like the staff lacks proper training and understanding of their roles.
Having been customers for over 35 years, we are now considering leaving. The new online bill payment system promised quicker transactions but has turned out to be slower, more complex, and unreliable, with a user interface that makes simple tasks unnecessarily complicated. The final straw has been the sudden inability to connect accounts directly with a popular financial software, forcing us to manually download transactions and upload them. We're done. Goodbye to this bank.
I requested the removal of what I considered unfair overdraft fees, but my request was denied. I recently received an email stating that I have been sent to collections. I am appalled by the overdraft fees I incurred. Being 74 and disabled, I expected some understanding and compassion, but instead, I faced additional charges. If there hadn't been so many overdraft fees, I might have been able to continue with their service, but ultimately, I had to sacrifice my credit score due to what I believe is unjust and possibly illegal business practices.
Extremely poor service as my bonus from five months ago is still being withheld, especially during the holiday season. It would be nice for the company to provide customers with their money and act responsibly. For some reason, they are holding onto the bonus, and I am aware they have it.

I deposited a check and it's been on hold for two weeks just to 'verify it.' I've never experienced such a delay with any other bank. Meanwhile, my sister deposited a check at a different bank the same day and received hers immediately. This is unbelievable; I won't be returning.
This review concerns a staff member who was very unprofessional and combative. He spoke to me disrespectfully, which is unacceptable. As a customer, I expect basic courtesy and professionalism, which I did not receive. His behavior has made me reconsider my banking options.
Despite having over $250,000 in this bank, I was told I couldn't do a wire transfer on the weekend, even though I explained my time constraints as an attorney. They could have prepared the paperwork in advance, but no one considered that. I've been a customer since 1980 and feel undervalued.
The company is now forcing customers to obtain a debit card for identification and verification to make cash withdrawals. I prefer not to use a debit card due to security concerns. This feels like an unfair practice, and I am considering closing my account.
