The new online bill payment system promised quicker transactions but has turned out to be slower, more complex, and unreliable, with a user interface that makes simple tasks unnecessarily complicated. The final straw has been the sudden inability to connect accounts directly with a popular financial software, forcing us to manually download transactions and upload them. We're done.
