I am really let down by the service and warranty support. I sent my Limited Edition Eco-Drive watch for service, paying for insured shipping and including all necessary documentation. After evaluation, I was quoted $110.16 for cleaning, strap replacement, and a basic adjustment. The whole process was incredibly slow. I shipped the watch in mid-September, but received no acknowledgment until October 15, and the estimate came on October 28. Email responses took days, sometimes over a week, with no useful updates. I escalated the issue, provided proof of purchase, and requested a goodwill discount since it’s a limited-edition piece, but was still denied. For a brand that claims to be “premium,” this experience felt like a lack of loyalty, no flexibility, and no real customer care. Even the strap, a basic part that wears out, was charged at full price, not as part of ongoing product support. I cannot recommend this brand unless they improve their turnaround time, warranty coverage, and customer service.
