I own four watches from this brand, and three of them fail to keep accurate time. I sent one in for repairs, and after three months, they returned it claiming it was fixed. I recently purchased my fourth watch just two weeks ago and am now being instructed to send it in as well. I will not be purchasing from this inadequate company again. Their customer service and products are quite disappointing.
I needed replacement parts for a relatively new watch and was pleased to find they were in stock. However, the ordering process was fraught with issues. I had to redo my order multiple times over the phone due to errors. When it came time to pay, the payment link malfunctioned, clearing my information repeatedly. After numerous attempts, I was told I had used too many attempts and had to complete my order by phone, despite being informed they couldn't take phone payments. The entire experience was frustrating and chaotic.

I shipped the watch in mid-September, but received no acknowledgment until October 15, and the estimate came on October 28. Email responses took days, sometimes over a week, with no useful updates. I escalated the issue, provided proof of purchase, and requested a goodwill discount since it’s a limited-edition piece, but was still denied. For a brand that claims to be “premium,” this experience felt like a lack of loyalty, no flexibility, and no real customer care. Even the strap, a basic part that wears out, was charged at full price, not as part of ongoing product support. I cannot recommend this brand unless they improve their turnaround time, warranty coverage, and customer service.
I purchased an Eco-Drive watch for nearly C$ 450 from a retailer. Upon buying, they changed the battery, which was supposed to last at least a year or even up to 2-3 years. It malfunctioned within a year during COVID. I wasn’t informed about the battery type, and when I tried to replace it in my home country, the shop couldn’t fix it and suggested I return it to the company for replacement. I left it with the retailer for battery service under warranty in early September, and after about two months, they called saying it had been opened by a third party, so replacing the gasket and battery would cost C$250. I found this excessive, especially since I wasn’t informed about the battery details and warranty. I could buy a reliable watch for that repair cost. Therefore, I wouldn't recommend Eco-Drive watches or any purchases from this retailer.
The website is appealing, and the watches showcased look impressive. I found some reviews online, particularly on social media, suggesting they were great for the price. However, upon receiving my watch, I was disappointed. It seemed like those reviews were staged or promotional, as the waterproof watch was not fully water-resistant. Even cheaper brands offer better resistance. Nonetheless, the watch does look good on my wrist, which is why I still keep it.
I sent my watch to the provided address for repair in July and never received any communication from the company. My only updates were initiated by me. I finally got the watch back in September, only to be told that they couldn't repair my $1200 watch. It's an Eco-Drive with radio control, and it's less than 10 years old. I was informed that they can no longer fix it, which is hard to believe for a brand of this stature.
I bought a Men's Eco-Drive watch in October 2023, and it stopped working by December. After sending it for warranty repair, it was returned quickly but failed again by late 2024. I sent it back for repair again, and when it was received, I was informed it needed a warranty part and a new crown. I paid $21.56 for the crown order, which took three months to arrive. The watch was recently finished and sent for final quality check, but I’m still waiting for shipment notice. This watch has been a disappointment and needs replacement!
I sent my watch in for glass repair and a faulty second hand, but it was out of warranty. I paid over £10 for postage and waited five days for an estimate of £121.00. I was informed it would take 30 working days to complete the repair. When I requested to expedite the process, I received a rude email stating that the clock starts once the estimate is sent and the fee is paid upfront, adding another 10 working days. The slow repair times and the requirement for upfront payment before acceptance are unacceptable. I will not purchase from this brand again!
