I bought a Men's Eco-Drive watch in October 2023, and it stopped working by December. After sending it for warranty repair, it was returned quickly but failed again by late 2024. I sent it back for repair again, and when it was received, I was informed it needed a warranty part and a new crown. I paid $21.56 for the crown order, which took three months to arrive. The watch was recently finished and sent for final quality check, but I’m still waiting for shipment notice. This watch has been a disappointment and needs replacement!
