I got my first Citrus glasses back in 2021. The very first pair was great, but I've seen them slowly improve the quality even further. I have three glasses from them. The last two orders took longer than the earlier ones, but I guess that variance is expected in international shipping. I did get angry at them once, but I got an email from the CEO apologizing for the delay and sharing information that showed it was my own country's customs causing the delay. I felt a little silly later, but I was more than happy with the customer support. It is interesting to see such a small Canadian team offering terrific quality sunglasses.
