I've been in love with these glasses for a few months now. Ran 2 marathons and an ultra in them, and I have nothing to complain about. Extremely comfortable and I love the air circulation which is a god-sent on long runs. I dropped a message to the customer support team and they helped me select a pair that'd be a good fit on my face.
Ordered from the back in September, paid and everything went through. Got a confirmation of order, but haven't reccived anything, not even a order sent. I have reached out via IG and e-mail, but no reply eventhough I have sent atleast 10 times... Really disapointed, and would like to get my money back from this scam.

They contacted me to be part of their ambassador program and I was eager to work with them as they are a Canadian company. They were quick and efficient to respond to all my messages on Instagram but as soon as I placed my order they ghosted me. I placed my order at the beginning of December and still haven’t received it. I have contacted them multiple times over social media and email and haven’t heard anything. I wished I looked them up earlier because it seems like this is typical behaviour for them and that they scam people often. Such a shame.
I got my first Citrus glasses back in 2021. The very first pair was great, but I've seen them slowly improve the quality even further. I have three glasses from them. The last two orders took longer than the earlier ones, but I guess that variance is expected in international shipping. I did get angry at them once, but I got an email from the CEO apologizing for the delay and sharing information that showed it was my own country's customs causing the delay. I felt a little silly later, but I was more than happy with the customer support. It is interesting to see such a small Canadian team offering terrific quality sunglasses.
I ran an ultra in these glasses this weekend. I've been using the glasses for a few months now but I realized just how good they are this weekend. The ventilation offered by the glasses is PERFECT for such long runs. I was thinking about writing a review while i was suffering during my run, so I guess I like them.
Love my Citrus sunglasses. Got a pair of the zDownhill and the Stealth. Both great quality and fit. It took some time to get them delivered to the UK as they come from the US so there’s often shipping delays that are outside of Citrus’ control - but Citrus kept me well informed throughout and once the sunnies came they didn’t disappoint. Particularly the stealth is a great product, shading automatically as the sun increases and a great pair of all round sunglasses for all sorts of conditions. The prices are really fair as well and the products easily keep up quality wise with the big brands. But it’s great that in this case I now I’m not just paying for excessive marketing but mainly for the product. citrus also offers some great bundles and multi-glass discounts!
Ordered 3 pairs of glasses, no issues. Pretty fast delivery and good quality glasses! Unfortunate for those that had bad experiences, but perhaps a year later now (seems to me) that they’re doing a much better job! Would recommend based on my experience
Complete scam. Made an order for 135eur back on Jun 23, 2025 (5.5 weeks ago) - since then no communication. I reached out multiple times to customer service and directly on Instagram - zero response after I made an order. The money is gone and there's no product. Nice pictures, but that's all there is...
