Did not provide service that was agreed, the services they did provide were not as complete as they said The following only came to light after signing contract and committed for 3 years."Full Xero integration" - Does not integrate with stock values - these need to posted by manual journal entry"Live stock feeds" - these are updated regularly, but are not live - some can be 24 hours out of date "Workshop Module" was on my original contract, but never received. The pro license said it included all upgrades, workshop module was specced on my contract - but if I want it - will need to pay more.One of my objectives was to track stock at my stores and my mobile workshop, so I would have knowledge what i had in either location. All through training this was brought up, and yes it can be set up. Only thing is they then informed me that this would require a second license - doubling my bill - even though I would not need any further training or equipment - No thanks!Lets go back to stock levels and reports - The reports are supposed to give you all information you need. Except if you want to know what your stock level was on a particular date (Needed for my accountant to enter after finding that Xero does not fully integrate). You need to run this report regularly and export / file it for future use.Customer service - the people I spoke with were always polite and told me "we will look into this" - when I visited their trade stands at Core Bike 2022, Core Bike 2023, and Icebike 2023. Promised somebody would be in touch - and this last time they are - but only to demand more money to terminate a service that I am no longer using. I have other misgivings about the company and its services, which will hopefully be sorted out before legal action takes place.This is my personal review of my experiences and express my personal feelings about the service I have received.Long story short - I would never recommend or go anywhere near this company in the future.
