Unfulfilled Promises

After much deliberation, we partnered with the company because they assured us they could meet our needs as a small business. Unfortunately, that has not been the case; they failed to deliver on promised reporting capabilities, which were crucial for us. They did provide a temporary solution for one issue, but after six months, they ceased communication without explanation. Despite numerous emails and calls, I’ve been ignored. If you're a small business, I would recommend steering clear of this complicated and overpriced service.
