I made purchases from a home improvement store on 9-20-22 and received a bill in an incorrect name. After reporting this, I got a corrected bill but with the same account number. I reported again and received a different account number but was charged late fees and interest. I disputed these fees, and they assured me they would be waived, but as of 12-2-22, I still haven't received a corrected bill. I've made numerous calls to the bank, which handles billing for the store, but they have not resolved the issue. Additionally, someone has attempted to open a credit card using my social security number, and the bank has not addressed this either. I need assistance to settle my bill correctly and move on from this situation.
