Disappointing Credit Limit for Major Purchase

I applied for a credit card primarily to finance a significant camera purchase (~$3,500) with a 24-month promotional financing option. I was approved, but the credit limit was only $2,000, making the card nearly useless for my intended purchase. I also sought a credit limit increase but was declined, despite having a credit score around **760** and other cards with limits up to **$15K**. It's frustrating because even if they had approved a $4K limit, putting a $3.5K purchase on a new card would push utilization close to 90%+, potentially harming my score temporarily. In summary, the initial limit feels excessively low for a card promoted for financing large purchases. It renders my main reason for applying ineffective.

Extremely Frustrating Card Services

The card services are shockingly poor! An agent misled me, claiming that I would receive a verification call for every purchase, which is false. My sister's card from another bank doesn't have this feature. While attempting to make a purchase, I received a verification call, but when I entered the correct code, the website rejected my card as invalid after multiple attempts. When I called the bank to test their system, I was unable to verify my phone number, which they had just called me on! After persistent attempts, I finally reached a live agent, but she was unable to assist me. This card is completely useless, has no emergency access, and is unfit for online purchases. I will never use it again.

Warning to Potential Customers

I made a payment to the bank, which was supposed to go to an airline. The airline claims they never received the funds, while the bank insists they did, leaving me in a frustrating situation. It seems like there is a collusion between the bank and the airline to withhold customer funds and fail to provide adequate service. I strongly advise against using their services!

Billing Issues and Fraud Concerns

I made purchases from a home improvement store on 9-20-22 and received a bill in an incorrect name. After reporting this, I got a corrected bill but with the same account number. I reported again and received a different account number but was charged late fees and interest. I disputed these fees, and they assured me they would be waived, but as of 12-2-22, I still haven't received a corrected bill. I've made numerous calls to the bank, which handles billing for the store, but they have not resolved the issue. Additionally, someone has attempted to open a credit card using my social security number, and the bank has not addressed this either. I need assistance to settle my bill correctly and move on from this situation.
