I pre booked this taxi company a few weeks before my daughters special birthday weekend , to guarantee a taxi would take her from the hotel to the Oasis concert (Scottish Murrayfield), then return after the concert. The taxi arrived at 4.30 to drop off at the stadium but one never returned after the concert. They were left standing outside the stadium for 25 minutes, luckily another taxi arrived from another company to drop some people off so they got in there. When she eventually got through to City Cars she was told they were not coming due to road closures!! They knew this as they had dropped her off at the same point they could have collected her from. I have emailed and phoned this company prior to her return to express my upset/disappointment, no one bothered to reply! I have informed the hotel who recommended them of this. Disgraceful!!
