The customer service was extremely disappointing. I reserved a taxi 30 minutes ahead of time, but none arrived. When I called to inquire about the situation, it was clear that no effort had been made to send a taxi. There was no apology offered. It should be standard practice to notify a customer if you can't deliver a taxi in a timely manner. This is precisely why many people prefer alternative services.
