The ducting to my house was bunged up with soil and clay, and the junction box pit under the pavement in the street was full of water, sand and clay. The engineers struggled to find where my ducting emerged in the street, but they persevered and cleaned out the cable pit of debris and water and eventually found the ducting butied in the clay needed for my install. They had to remove a few of my block pavers to access the ducting, but all was reinstated and cleaned up when the work was completed. I cannot praise the guys enough for what they did to get me connected, when a few times it looked like they would have to give up.
